I met Daniel when I started doing his core strength classes (which are always great), in the gym. I told him I have chronic lower back pain and it turns out he specialises in lower back pain. I have done some sessions with him for that, which have been amazing- started with an analysis of what areas in my body are tight or weak, and what the underlying cause of the pain is. He then prescribed exercises to strengthen and lengthen different muscles in order to correct the imbalances, as well as using sports massage to facilitate this. The sports massages were always really good; Daniel's motto for them is that they don't have to be painful. Then he showed me exercises to strengthen my back, and honestly, my back got to the most pain-free it's been in years, and I feel like I've been given knowledge that I can use as and when needed. Daniel is very passionate about what he does and is always looking to further his knowledge. He works holistically- considering the body as a whole, and this is the best approach for long-term health and fitness. He also adapts to client needs and limits. I highly recommend any of Daniel's services.

I have been working with Daniel as a personal trainer for the last 4 months. I am seeing some amazing results in my body and strength. My weights have gone up 3X. He is very keen on my development and keeps challenging me. Looking forward to more in the months to come! Many Thanks, Daniel.
